The Summer of Visitors :)

I know I've said it before but I live so far away from my family and I miss them terribly. I will always welcome the chance to have any of them come visit us. This time it was my oldest sister Lezlea, my niece Reagan and my nephew (melissa's son) Blaine. I had not seen any of them since our wedding a year and a half ago. They came out for a whole week and I tried my best to make sure they had a good time. We went to L.A. (of course) and decided to take a bus tour. It is basically a double decker bus that drives around Hollywood and Beverly Hills and points out spots you may have heard of. Some examples being the laugh factory(comedy club that Pauly shore's mom owns), viper room (where River Pheonix died) and Rodeo drive (where Julia Roberts shopped in Pretty Woman). One of the stops was the La Brea tar pits. That was especially exciting for Blaine. We also stopped on Melrose Ave so Reagan could get some funky back to school clothes and Heard a lot of little known facts about the City. It was pretty fun. Another day we drove to San Diego and went to the zoo. It is a pretty large Zoo with lots of hills so we definitely got our exercise. Kevin and I were happy to have them and are looking forward to seeing everyone on Thanksgiving!
